Meet Leyna! Leyna is a beautiful hound mix who was rescued from Memphis Animal Shelter (MAS) a week prior to giving birth to a gorgeous litter of puppies on 5/28/14. As soon as she was sprung from MAS she bonded with her fosters and has been a total love! She is a bit shy with strangers but does warm up. She has been a great mommy and has now been spayed. She is ready to go to her forever home and be spoiled like she is the baby!! No more litters for this beautiful girl. Leyna has great markings and gorgeous blue eyes. She is very unique and we have even had her DNA testing done! Leyna is a mix of Irish wolfhound, bearded collie, german shorthair pointer, white shepherd and pug!!! That is some mix!!! Leyna is approx 2 yrs old and 55 pounds. She is healthy, HW negative, house and crate trained, leash trained, and gets along well with most dogs. Leyna is in New England and waiting for her forever family to bring her home!!! Leyna's adoption donation is $400 which includes her transport and micro chip. Effective February 1, xxxx a Quarantine Fee of $75 will be required (in addition to the adoption fee) to adopt a dog that has been Quarantined in MA or NH state. These states mandate that all dogs entering either MA or NH shall be quarantined for 48 hours in a state approved facility. The quarantine fee shall be paid by the adopter either directly to the Quarantine Facility or to Angels Among Us Animal Rescue depending on whether you pick your dog up at the Quarantine Facility or through a MA or NH foster family.
